What We Do
Around six in ten of our customers have us fit their kitchen as well as supply it, because it takes the hardest part off their hands. We take out the old kitchen, fit the new one, cut, install, and seal the worktops, and leave it clean and ready to use. From the first morning to the last, one person at Elliotts owns the whole job, so if a worktop needs recutting or a delivery runs late, that's ours to sort rather than something you're left chasing.
One Point of Contact For Everything Else
Of course, kitchens need more than the units and worktops fitting. There's plastering, tiling, flooring, electrical work, plumbing, and sometimes walls to come out. Your installer can quote for that work and arrange qualified plumbers, electricians, and gas engineers, organising the trades and ensuring all services are carried out correctly. This way, you deal with one person throughout, rather than coordinating four or more.
The People Looking After Your Kitchen
The same small group of installers fit nearly every kitchen we sell, and we've worked with some of them for more than fifteen years. Your designer goes through the plans with your fitter beforehand so they know exactly what to expect, and you'll meet them before the job starts, so the person at your door on day one is a familiar face. Alongside them you'll also have an installations manager, there on the first morning, calling in as the work goes on, and signing it off at the end.
Guarantee, Aftercare
and Cost
We guarantee our workmanship for a year, and your furniture, worktops and appliances carry their own manufacturer guarantees. If anything isn't right, you call your designer, who comes and looks at no charge and sorts it with us or the supplier.
