On the recommendation of my builder, I went to Elliotts Living Spaces for my new kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom and utility room. Having been to a few other designers, I found Lorna & Lucia to be a cut above the rest and finally someone was listening to what I wanted. All their designs were fabulous and the attention to detail was spot on. There were various building related issues to deal with along the way and they were very responsive to my almost constant questions and pestering 🤣 I would definitely recommend them for anyone considering such work. The Ewe kitchen has generated envious comments from everyone who has seen it so far!

We used Elliot’s for our Kitchen and two Bathrooms when we renovated our house. We were delighted with the entire process. Approachable staff, incredibly accommodating as I did most of the workshop visits with a 3-4 month old baby. Their CAD designs helped us see things visually and their suppliers and products were all good quality and top of the range. Our kitchen and bathrooms have been designed with precision, practicality and perfectionism and we couldn’t recommend them more. We opted for a Ewe kitchen. In the pictures the kitchen wasn’t quite finished but just about there and it is now finished. All tiles were sourced in Top Tiles Southampto Lorna gave us ideas and then I used them to formulate the leaf plan with Jacques who advised me in store with trim details, grout colours etc. Our builders and their contractors fitted the bathrooms, the kitchen was fitted by an Elliot’s fitter familiar with Ewe. We would hand in heart recommend anyone to get their kitchen and bathrooms from Elliot’s.

Lorna at Elliotts Living Spaces, Romsey worked with our requirements and planned a superb bathroom for us. She made the most of what little space we had and completely reconfigured our bathroom, moving the bath from under the window, our main request! She knew exactly what would work in the space and suggested furniture that would work best without compromising what we wanted. She suggested extra touches that made it special - a sparkle in the work surface and towel rail, an illuminated, fog clearing mirror, and a niche in the wall of the shower! Ideas I would never have thought of. All the time respecting and using our wishes and ideas. Lorna certainly knows her stuff and formed a great relationship with us. Thank you Lorna.

Elliotts Romsey branch supplied all the components for the kitchen, bathroom, shower room and downstairs wc, for my house refurbishment in Spring 2025. The design service was very helpful and professional. Russell and Lorna were extremely knowledgable and patient, and their long experience was invaluable. They have a good long relationship with the building firm that I used, which made the process stress free. The final costs were broadly within budget, and I am delighted with the results, which have received admiring comments from friends and family.

A secret door and an island – just two of the features Lucia incorporated in to her design for our kitchen, dining room and utility room. After a discussion in the show room, Lucia came out to measure up and discuss our ideas in more detail. She listened to the things we wanted to have, and to avoid, and pointed out some improvements we could make. Her design was pretty much right first time. Everything ran smoothly, despite the disruption from working in three rooms at the same time. Lucia was always responsive to questions and happy to provide advice – it was a great customer experience, thank you.
