Elliotts Living Spaces successfully completed its first project at Medstead, Alton in Hampshire with premium new-build developer, Imperial Homes, installing high-specification kitchens across eight new homes. The challenge was to offer future homeowners maximum personalisation without compromising the strict eight-week installation timeline. Imperial Homes selected Elliotts Living Spaces over competitors based on our service quality and competitive pricing. To facilitate extensive off-plan buyer choices, Elliotts Living Spaces leveraged its vast product portfolio, offering 60 colour options and 30 door styles, equating to 1,800 different colour combinations. This unprecedented selection allowed customers purchasing off-plan to fully personalise their spaces, choosing handles, door styles, and colour palettes, alongside flexible options for appliance upgrades and worktop choices.

The outcome of this foundational partnership was highly successful, with the entire kitchen installation phase completed within the demanding eight-week schedule.
